my quiet place


The back garden before bloom--This is where I find a few minutes of tranquility. In a month or so, there will be a wild riot of bloom. Right now I am enjoying the green green greenness, the smells of lavendar, sage, and chives, the tiny blossoms of strawberries and sweet woodruff .

That is so pretty. My back garden is a mess (so is the front one, now that I think about it). I always love seeing gardens that are well thought out and soothing. It must be something in bloom.

Thanks for bringing your garden to me! It looks so beautiful! I can imagine that sitting in it early in the morning and again when you come home from work must help you to stay sane.
